Hoyt Communications, Inc. (HCI) is a full service systems
integration company specializing in the design and installation
of the communications infrastructure (OSP and ISP) to Federal,
State and Local governments. With our own staff of RCDD’s
we do site surveys and provide the necessary technical and
engineering information needed to design, install and certify
the communications infrastructure. In addition to our own
installations crews, we use a cadre of qualified sub-contractors,
with whom we have worked with for the past five years and
whose commitment to quality and customer satisfaction mirrors
our own company’s commitment. This allows us to perform
many installations simultaneously around the globe. We our
committed to providing the best service, meeting all applicable
industry and government standards. Because of this commitment
to service and quality, we are able to certify each installation
and provide a 25 year warranty. Additionally, HCI is the only
authorized Paradyne partner certified to sell, engineer, install
and test Paradyne’s loop products to the Federal Government.

We can design, install and support complete LAN/WAN and
telecom system solutions using equipment from industry leaders
such as Adtran, Cisco and Paradyne. Other partners bring strengths
such as cabling, fiber optics, cabinets and test equipment.Our
system engineers will understand your application and develop
a custom solution by integrating elements such as Paradyne
products, third party products and HCI custom cabling, plus
services such as assembly, configuration, installation, testing,
documentation and training.We understand that campus networking
projects require turnkey solutions. The key is project management.
Chances are that we can solve your problems with our current
staff, portfolio of products, and partners we work with on
a daily basis. If the optimum solution requires a product
or skill we don't have "under our roof," we will
find a partner or subcontractor who brings the missing element.
In any case, we will manage the whole project so you can deal
with a single vendor who has overall responsibility for achieving
a successful outcome.
We have extensive experience installing telecommunications
and data networking equipment, telephone cabling, and Category
6 LAN cabling and fiber optics. We specialize in projects
for the Federal Government, and have installed equipment and
cabling at many military bases around the world. Our own staff
of project managers, field engineers and technicians is augmented
by many installation subcontractors who regularly do work
for us on a regional basis. This approach gives us great flexibility,
yet we retain control of the project management aspects necessary
to insure schedules, quality and cost containment.We also
have experience installing xDSL equipment in both commercial
and residential multi-tenant buildings, so-called "wired"
or "Internet-ready" buildings. Our responsibility
has included initial installation, service orders (including
installation of CPE), trouble calls, moves and disconnects.
We have installed DSL services in most U.S. Bases as well
as in Korea, Guam, Japan, Germany and GITMO.Hoyt Communications
is a BICSI Corporate Member and our installation technicians
participate in BICSI training and certification programs.
Additionally, HCI maintains RCDD staff, Certified Industry
Consultants along with technicians qualified and certified
to install most of the major manufacturer’s products.
We offer maintenance contracts from the manufacturers of
many of our product lines. Maintenance contracts either provide
a higher level of support (advance replacements, onsite parts
and labor, guaranteed response times, 7x24 tech support, etc.),
or extended warranties, or both.We can also provide maintenance
services fulfilled by our own staff, including spares stock,
phone support, and next business day onsite parts and labor.
Guaranteed response time faster than next business day is
not available in all areas, except by special arrangement.
For large installations, we can dedicate full-time onsite
support personnel.
